Who provides the service
Vocalia is a service provided by Felipe Mancilla Zúñiga, based in Chile. You can contact us at support@tryvocalia.com. These terms govern the use of tryvocalia.com and its tools for receiving voice messages from an audience.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and only use accounts and content you are authorized to use. Notify us of any unauthorized access. You must have the legal capacity to purchase a plan; if you are a minor, your legal representative must act where required.
Rooms and messages
The streamer decides which messages to accept and play. Sending a voice message does not guarantee it will be played. By sending it to a room, you authorize its processing to provide the service and its playback on the streamer's broadcast. Do not send information you do not want made public, or third-party voices, images, or content without permission. Broadcasts may be recorded on external platforms beyond Vocalia's control.
Acceptable use
Do not use Vocalia for threats, harassment, fraud, impersonation, illegal content, infringement of third-party rights, or attacks on the service. We may limit or suspend access as necessary to address abuse, violations, or security risks; statutory complaint and refund rights remain in effect.
Plans and payments
The free account lets you participate and save favorites. Pro and Creator let you create rooms within the limits published in Plans and pricing. Paddle handles purchases as an authorized reseller. The applicable amount, taxes, billing period, and renewal terms are shown before you confirm your purchase. Eligible trials last 14 days, require a payment method, and convert to monthly subscriptions unless cancelled. Annual plans are charged upfront and do not include a trial.
Cancellation and availability
You can cancel future renewals through the billing portal. See the refund policy to request a refund. The service depends on your connection, streaming software, and external providers. Automatic transcription and moderation may contain errors; review content before broadcasting it. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed, and statutory remedies for defective service are not excluded.
Content and retention
You retain the rights to your content. You authorize us only to host, process, and transmit it to operate Vocalia. Rooms and audio files are temporary: do not use Vocalia as an archive or backup. See Privacy for details about data processing and the limits of deletion.
Changes and rights
We will notify you of material changes affecting a subscription before applying them where required. We will not retroactively change the rights attached to a purchase. These terms do not limit mandatory rights or prevent you from contacting the competent authorities or courts under applicable law.
